Frozen Lemon Squares
1 1/4 cgraham cracker crumbs
1/4 cgranulated sugar
1/4 cbutter or margarine, melted
14 ozcan sweetened condensed milk (scm)
3 largeegg yolks
1/2 clemon juice concentrate
·yellow food coloring
·whipped cream or whipped topping,thawed
How to Make Frozen Lemon Squares
- Preheat oven to 325^.
In small mixing bowl, combine crumbs, sugar and butter; press firmly on bottom of 8 or 9 inch square pan.
In small mixing bowl. beat scm, egg yolks, lemon juice and food coloring, if desired. Pour into crust.
Bake 30 minutes. Cool completely. Top with whipped cream. Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Garnish as desired. Freeze leftovers.
