Ingredients
- 1 package white cake mix
- 1 box 3 oz strawberry jello, dry
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 large eggs
- - strawberry cream cheese frosting
- 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature, use only real butter
- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- 3/4 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
How To Make fresh strawberry sheet cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray 13x9 pan with non-stick spray.

Step 2Place cake mix, jello, strawberries, oil, milk, and eggs in a large bowl. Mix for 3 minutes scrapping down sides as needed. Pour batter into pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Remove cake and cool completely.

Step 3Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting.

Step 4Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add in vanilla. Add powdered sugar one cup at a time to creamed mixture. Add strawberries and stir till completely mixed. If frosting gets thick add additional milk about a tsp at a time.

Step 5Store cake in refrigerator overnight before serving.
