peeled and chopped apples
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Grease a 9x 13 inch pan.
3Combine oil, sugar, and eggs.
4Stir in flour and baking soda.
5Add vanilla, pecans, and apples.
6Spread in prepared pan and bake for 45-50 minutes.
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
10Boil all ingredients in a small saucepan for 2 minutes.
11Set pan in bowl filled with ice water.
12Beat icing until of spreading consistency.
13Spread over top of cake.
