- 1 - box angel food cake mix
- 20 oz cans crushed pineapple
- 1 tablespoon green food coloring
- FOR TOPPING
- 1 sm package fat free/sugar free instant pistachio pudding mix
- 16 oz cans crushed pineapple (drained)
- 8oz - fat free whipped topping
How To Make fat free st. patty's day cake

Step 1Mix Angel Food cake mix with 20oz can of pineapple & juice, and food coloring until well blended. Spray a nested cake mold w/cooking spray. Spread batter into mold & bake @350' for 30 min's or until knife inserted comes out clean.

Step 2To prepare topping: Gently mix pudding mix together w/whipped topping and fold in pineapple. Chill for 2-3 hrs. Spread whipped topping onto nested part of cake or simply slice and top with whipped topping mixture. (This part is even a great dessert all by itself) Yum!
