How to Make Fat Free St. Patty's Day Cake
- 1Mix Angel Food cake mix with 20oz can of pineapple & juice, and food coloring until well blended.
Spray a nested cake mold w/cooking spray. Spread batter into mold & bake @350' for 30 min's or until knife inserted comes out clean.
- 2To prepare topping: Gently mix pudding mix together w/whipped topping and fold in pineapple. Chill for 2-3 hrs.
Spread whipped topping onto nested part of cake or simply slice and top with
whipped topping mixture. (This part is even a great dessert all by itself) Yum!
