If you love chocolate but not the fat or calories - you will LOVE this recipe! I got this from Hungry Girl cookbook and it is one of my favorites. If that wasn't good enough it only takes about 2 minutes to make this wonderful chocolate cake!!

Ingredients For expresso cake in a mug

  • 1 tsp
    instant coffee granules
  • 1 tsp
    mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 Tbsp
    devil's food cake mix
  • 1 Tbsp
    fat free sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp
    fat-free liquid egg substitute
  • 1/4 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    splenda
  • dash salt

How To Make expresso cake in a mug

  • 1
    Place coffee granules and chocolate chips in a microwave-safe mug sprayed with nonstick spray. Add 2 TBS hot water and stir until ingredients have dissolved. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Microwave for 1 minutes and 45 seconds.
