If you love chocolate but not the fat or calories - you will LOVE this recipe! I got this from Hungry Girl cookbook and it is one of my favorites. If that wasn't good enough it only takes about 2 minutes to make this wonderful chocolate cake!!

1 tspmini semi-sweet chocolate chips

3 Tbspdevil's food cake mix

1 Tbspfat free sour cream

1 Tbspfat-free liquid egg substitute

1/4 tspvanilla

1/8 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsplenda

dash salt
How To Make expresso cake in a mug

1Place coffee granules and chocolate chips in a microwave-safe mug sprayed with nonstick spray. Add 2 TBS hot water and stir until ingredients have dissolved. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
