This wonderful recipe belongs to my friend, Evelyn. She is such an awesome cook and I love most of her recipes.

I've tried many chocolate sauces in the past but her's is my most favorite! Thanks, Evelyn.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 6 oz
    evaporated milk
  • 1 c
    granulated sugar
  • 2
    squares baker's semi-sweet chocolate

How to Make EVELYN'S CHOCOLATE HOT FUDGE SAUCE

Step-by-Step

  1. Add all ingredients in saucepan and slowly bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

    *Note...you can also do this in a double boiler but it takes much longer than in a saucepan.
  2. This can set out on the counter for 2 to 3 days before refrigerating. I like using this on ice cream, or over cakes & biscuits. Some people like it over certain fruits.
