evelyn's chocolate hot fudge sauce
This wonderful recipe belongs to my friend, Evelyn. She is such an awesome cook and I love most of her recipes. I've tried many chocolate sauces in the past but her's is my most favorite! Thanks, Evelyn.

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 6 ounces evaporated milk
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 - squares baker's semi-sweet chocolate
How To Make evelyn's chocolate hot fudge sauce

Step 1Add all ingredients in saucepan and slowly bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. *Note...you can also do this in a double boiler but it takes much longer than in a saucepan.

Step 2This can set out on the counter for 2 to 3 days before refrigerating. I like using this on ice cream, or over cakes & biscuits. Some people like it over certain fruits.
