Love eggnog anywhere, in anything at any time!! So delicious and creamy....I served it with chocolate curls but you could also serve with nutmeg flavored whipping cream or serve it plain.

Ingredients For eggnog cheese cake

  • CRUST
  • 1 c
    graham wafer crumbs vanilla wafer crumbs or cholate wafer crumbs...i used vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    granulated sugar
  • FILLING
  • 1 1/2 lb
    cream cheese ( 3- 8 oz pkgs)
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    rum extract
  • 2 Tbsp
    orange juice...you can also sub 2 tablespoons of the real rum for the extract and orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 3 lg
    egg
  • 1/2 c
    eggnog

How To Make eggnog cheese cake

    Mix crust ingredients together and press in the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. bake at 325 for 10 mins. Remove from oven and cool on a rack.

    In a large bowl mix together well, the cream cheese, sugar, flour, rum extract, eggnog and orange juice.Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour over cooled crust. Bake at 425 for 10 mins....lower temp to 250 and bake an additional 35 mins until centre is just barely firm. Remove from oven to rack and immediately loosen cake from pan rim,. I run a butter knife around the edge first and then undo spring. Remove sides of pan and let cake cool.
