easy lemon bundt cake
I have been making this cake for years. Super easy with only 5 ingredients! It is good all by itself or you can make a simple sugar glaze if you want. It doesnt really need any topping because it is super moist! You can play with different flavors of cake mix/pudding mix. Endless possibilities! Super easy! Has never failed me.

Ingredients
- 1 box 18.25 ounce package lemon cake mix
- 1 box 3.4 ounce instant lemon pudding mix
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup lemon-lime soda (7up)
How To Make easy lemon bundt cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour a 10 inch bundt pan.

Step 2In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix and pudding mix. Stir in oil. Beat in the eggs, one at a time until they are well blended. Then fold in in 7Up carefully and only until it is fully mixed.

Step 3Add batter into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.
