How to Make Easy Lemon Bundt Cake
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour a 10 inch bundt pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix and pudding mix. Stir in oil. Beat in the eggs, one at a time until they are well blended. Then fold in in 7Up carefully and only until it is fully mixed.
- Add batter into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool.
