EASY CAKE MIX CHOCOLATE CAKE

I used German Chocolate cake mix then substituted Strong brewed black coffee for the liquid, and used the other ingredients as directed, and the cake was so moist and tasty, & my husband loved it, I even used a canned frosting & he was very impressed with the flavor, hope you try this quick & easy dessert soon.
1 boxgerman chocolate cake mix
3 largeeggs, room temperature
1/3 cextra virgin olive oil
1 cdark strong brewed coffee, room temperature
2 tspvanilla bean paste
1 can(s)dark chocolate frosting or your preferred choice
28 inch cake pans
How to Make EASY CAKE MIX CHOCOLATE CAKE
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES F. Follow directions on cake mix box to blend cake, but make sure all the ingredients are at room temperature. I use EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL INSTEAD of any other type oil. I also substituted Room temperature Strong dark coffee for the liquid part of the recipe.
- Add all of the ingredients to a medium size bowl, then beat according to direction on box. Prepare the 8 inch cake pan by spraying with bakers Joy, and divide cake batter evenly between the two cake pans, then bake according to directions on box. Mine took about 35 minutes.
- Remove from oven then allow to sit 10 minutes in pan before inverting onto a cake platter or oven rack. Allow cake to cool completely before frosting.
