- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 cups finely grated carrots
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- - cream cheese frosting;
- 1(8oz) package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup butter,soft or margarine
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 cups sifted powder sugar

Step 1Mix all of the above ingredients.Spray 13 by 9 cake pan.

Step 2Bake in preheat 325 degrees oven for 50 to 60 minutes.Cool.

Step 3Mix all cream frosting ingredients.Spread on cool cake.
