all purpose flour

baking powder
1 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
cinnamon
3 c
finely grated carrots
1 c
vegetable oil
4 large
eggs
cream cheese frosting;
1(8oz) pkg
cream cheese
1/2 c
butter,soft or margarine
2 tsp
vanilla extract
4 c
sifted powder sugar

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix all of the above ingredients.Spray 13 by 9 cake pan.
  • 2Bake in preheat 325 degrees oven for 50 to 60 minutes.Cool.
  • 3Mix all cream frosting ingredients.Spread on cool cake.
