Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 cups finely grated carrots
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • - cream cheese frosting;
  • 1(8oz) package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter,soft or margarine
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 cups sifted powder sugar

How To Make easter carrot cake

  • Step 1
    Mix all of the above ingredients.Spray 13 by 9 cake pan.
  • Step 2
    Bake in preheat 325 degrees oven for 50 to 60 minutes.Cool.
  • Step 3
    Mix all cream frosting ingredients.Spread on cool cake.
