Easy to make, tastes great and keep in the refrigerator for two months at least.

Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 package marshmallows, about 34 large
  • 4 ounces cherries, drain and chop
  • 15 ounces seedless raisins
  • 8 ounces dates, pitted and chopped
  • 2 cups pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 box graham crackers, crushed or vanilla wafers

How To Make easiest fruit cake ever

  • Step 1
    Mix everything except milk and marshmallows. Set aside.
  • Step 2
    Heat milk and marshmallows until melted. Pour over the first mixture and mix well.
  • Step 3
    With buttered hands press mixture into a 13 X 9 pan lined with wax paper. Refrigerate.
  • Step 4
    Turn out on clean cutting board and pull wax paper off. Cut into bars when ready to serve.
  • Step 5
    Top with (optional) spoon of whipped cream or sour cream. Good either way.
