I do not know if you have heard of this but a friend gave it to me a long time ago. It is a good cake and simple to make. Enjoy

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese
1 stick margarine
1 pound powdered sugar
1 box cake mix, german chocolate
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
1 1/2 cups coconut

How To Make earthquake cake

Step 1

Grease and flour 13x9 pan. Sprinkle pecans and coconut in bottom of pan. Mix cake mix as directed on box. pour over pecans and coconut. Melt margarine and cream cheese, Add powdered sugar and mix well. Pour over cake mix. Bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cake will be cracked on top.
