1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt (super fine)
1 3/4 cups sugar (super fine)
TO MAKE MIX
3 - eggs
1/4 cup shortening
1 1/3 cups water

How To Make diy chocolate cake mix

Step 1

run salt and sugar through food processor until super fine. mix all dry cake ingredients and run through sifter untill completely blended. store in mason jar or baggie marked with contents and date.

Step 2

Mix all ingredients to make cake bake as foolows at 350* greased pans 13x9" 35-40 minutes 8-9" rounds 30-35 minutes Cupcakes 18-20 minutes Bundt 45-50 minutes
Step 3

Enjoy the savings! Note- For german chocolate I powder 6 german chocolate squares and replace the same amount of cocoa before mixing everything!
