Step 1

Dont pay $5-6 for a small box of cake flour, making your own is simple and quick!

Step 2

for each cup of flour take out 2 table spoons of flour and replace them with 2 table spoons of corn starch
Step 3

Then sift sift sift sift!! I sift this about 6-8 times and Voila.... you have cake flour and... Ya just saved yourself a bunch of $!!!!
