1sugar free angel food cake, sliced
1box sugar free free jell-o (strawberry)
1 cboiling water
1 ccold water
1 pkgstrawberries (no sugar)
fat free cool whip (optional)
How To Make (diabetic) strawberry cake
1Spray pan with non stick spray. Place strawberries in pan. Put cake on top of strawberries. mix Jell-O with boiling water stir until dissolved add in 1/2 cup of cold water. Pour over cake and refrigerate for 3 hours or until cool and firm.
