    box sugar free free jell-o (strawberry)
  • 1 c
    boiling water
  • 1 c
    cold water
  • 1 pkg
    strawberries (no sugar)
  • ·
    fat free cool whip (optional)

How to Make (Diabetic) Strawberry Cake


  1. Spray pan with non stick spray. Place strawberries in pan. Put cake on top of strawberries. mix Jell-O with boiling water stir until dissolved add in 1/2 cup of cold water. Pour over cake and refrigerate for 3 hours or until cool and firm.
