- 1 - sugar free angel food cake, sliced
- 1 - box sugar free free jell-o (strawberry)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 package strawberries (no sugar)
- - fat free cool whip (optional)
How To Make (diabetic) strawberry cake

Step 1Spray pan with non stick spray. Place strawberries in pan. Put cake on top of strawberries. mix Jell-O with boiling water stir until dissolved add in 1/2 cup of cold water. Pour over cake and refrigerate for 3 hours or until cool and firm.
