diabetic carrot with reg. flour
This cake is made with reg.flour instead of the whole wheat flour I use in the other one along with a few different items in it. But still the same sweet taste without the sugar.

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon, ground
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- CARROT MIXTURE
- 2 cups carrots, grated
- 1 cup pineapple, crushed and drained
- 1/2 cup nuts crushed
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 cups coconut, unsweetened flaked
- EGG MIXTURE
- 3 - eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 can frozen juice concentrate i use apple or orange.
How To Make diabetic carrot with reg. flour

Step 1Add the carrot mixture to the egg mixture,then add the flour mixture.Bake at 350* for 1(to 1 1/4 hr.in a bundt pan.Let cool 10 mins.then turn out and finish cooling.

Step 2It may sound or look like a lot of sesame seeds but they blend in well you will be surpise.
