dessert in a jar
I am a think outside the box kind of person and wanted to come up with a dessert for my card club that would be different and unexpected. It was going to be one of the club member's birthday and I knew she liked peanut butter, white chocolate and bananas. I wanted to come up with something that included all three.

Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla sandwich cookies (crushed)
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon banana extract
- 2 - bananas, sliced
- FILLING
- 8 ounces cream cheese, soften
- 1/2 cup peanut butter, crunchy
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 ounces cool whip
- 3/4 cup vanilla or white chocolate chips
- TOPPING
- 1 box white chocolate instant pudding (3 oz.)
- 1 cup milk
- 8 ounces cool whip
How To Make dessert in a jar

Step 1For the crust: Add the banana extract to the melted butter, then add the flavored butter to the crumbs and mix well. Press 2T. of crumbs into the bottom of 8 - 8oz jars. and top with banana slices and set aside.

Step 2For the filling: Mix the cream cheese, peanut butter, and sugar together until well blended. Fold in cool whip and chips. Divide mixture among the 8 jars over the bananas. There may be some left over depending on the height of jar and set aside.

Step 3Topping: Mix the instant pudding and cold milk together until well blended and refrigerate until set. Once set fold in the cool whip and scoop mixture over the filling in the jars. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hrs. I topped each with some finely chopped dry roasted peanuts
