i create a new chocolate cake recipe,there's sauteed coconuts and crumbled chocolate graham crackers on the bottom,there will be crunchy.

Ingredients

  • 10 chocolate graham crackers,crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 cups sweetened shredded coconuts
  • 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons torani chocolate macademia nut syrup,divided
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips,divided
  • 1 box devil's food cake box
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 packet chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 6 fun size snickers bars,chopped
  • 1 tube frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 3/4 cup chilled chocolate milk
  • 8 ounces cream cheese,softened
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce

How To Make crunchy coconut bottom chocolate cake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degress F.
  • Step 2
    Coat the bottom and sides of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.Add crumbled chocolate graham crackers.
  • Step 3
    Melt margarine in a large,deep skillet over medium heat.Add sweetened shredded coconuts and saute for 3 minutes until the coconuts are crispy.Remove from heat.
  • Step 4
    Stir in brown sugar and 2 tablespoons chocolate macademia nut syrup.Spoon into crumbled graham crackers in the baking dish and spread evenly.Add 1 cup milk chocolate chips.
  • Step 5
    In a large bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil, eggs,pudding mix,2 tablespoons chocolate macademia nut syrup and chopped snickers bars.Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.Beat again on low speed for 30 seconds.
  • Step 6
    Pour the cake batter into the prepared baking pan.
  • Step 7
    Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool completely for 15 minutes.
  • Step 8
    In a medium bowl, combine whipped topping,chocolate milk,cream cheese,hot fudge sauce and remaining chocolate macademia nut syrup;whisk together for 5 minutes until blended.
  • Step 9
    Spread the frosting evenly onto the cooled cake. Add remaining chocolate chips.
