crock pot brownie bottoms
Awesome recipe given to me by a good friend. Very gooey and chocolaty! Really delish with whipped cream or ice cream on top.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
These Crock Pot brownies are not the prettiest dessert when served, but boy, are they delicious. This is more like a brownie pudding or a lava cake. It's super chocolaty, rich, and gooey. We opted to top this with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and each bite was heavenly. This recipe could easily be doubled if serving a crowd (just make sure to double the cooking time).
