Ingredients

1 c
butter, softened
2 c
sugar
3
eggs
2 tsp
lemon zest, grated
1 tsp
vanilla extract
2 c
sour cream
3 1/2 c
flour
1 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
salt

How to Make Creamy Lemon Cupcakes

Step-by-Step

  • 1sift flour and dry ingredients, set aside.
  • 2cream butter and sugar.
  • 3add eggs, lemon zest and vanilla.
  • 4alternate adding dry ingredients and sour cream. batter will be thick.
  • 5add 1/4 cup of batter into cupcake pan. (i use cupcake papers)
  • 6bake at 350 degrees, for 25 - 30 minutes. let cool 10 minutes in pan, then rack cool.
