creamy lemon cupcakes
I love how using fresh lemons in this really brings out the flavor! I always make a lot, they go quickly in my house!!

Makes about 20 cupcakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 - eggs
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest, grated
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups sour cream
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make creamy lemon cupcakes

Step 1sift flour and dry ingredients, set aside.

Step 2cream butter and sugar.

Step 3add eggs, lemon zest and vanilla.

Step 4alternate adding dry ingredients and sour cream. batter will be thick.

Step 5add 1/4 cup of batter into cupcake pan. (i use cupcake papers)

Step 6bake at 350 degrees, for 25 - 30 minutes. let cool 10 minutes in pan, then rack cool.
