This is the only pound cake that I can make successfully and my family loves it!

Ingredients

3 stick
butter
3 c
all purpose flour
3 c
sugar
1 pkg
cream cheese
1 pinch
salt
1 1/2 tsp
vanilla
6 large
eggs

How to Make Cream Cheese Pound Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cream cheese with sugar and butter until smooth and blended. Add salt to flour and mix well. Add flour to butter mixture one cup at a time and mix until smooth.
  • 2Add eggs one at a time to mixture and blend until smooth and creamy. Add vanilla and mix in. Batter will be very thick and creamy.
  • 3Pour into well greased bundt or tube pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Cake should be golden brown on top.
