How to Make CREAM CHEESE FROSTING (SALLYE)
- Place softened cream cheese and butter in large mixing bowl.
With electric mixer on high speed, beat together until light and fluffy.
Sift sugar an add to butter and cheese mixture, add vanilla and continue beating until mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Chill in refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes until icing stiffens somewhat (it will be easier to spread)
