How to Make Cream Cheese Cupcakes
- 1Combine cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and lemon juice. Mix until smooth. Put a vanilla wafer in the bottom of a cupcake paper. Add mixture to desired thickness (not past 3/4 full as they do puff). Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Freeze or refrigerate.
