2 Tbspmore melted butter or margarine
2 cwhole cranberry sauce, drained
1 Tbspbutter or margarine
1/4 cbrown sugar,packed
3 Tbsporange juice
How to Make Cranberry Roly-Poly
- Combine Bisquick and sugar. Add milk and stir until the mixture forms a soft dough. Place on surface lightly sprinkled with Bisquick mix. Knead about 10 times. Roll dough to about 1/4 of an inch thickness. Brush with melted butter and cover with the cranberries. Roll up like a jelly roll and place seam side down on a sprayed 9x13-inch pan; brush with a sugar sauce and bake at 425^ for 25-30 minutes. Serve warm with whip cream or ice cream.
Place ingredients in a microwave bowl and cook 30 seconds or until sugar melts. Stir and spread on roly-poly before baking.
