Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups bisquick baking mix
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine,melted
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons more melted butter or margarine
- 2 cups whole cranberry sauce, drained
- SUGAR SAUCE:
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup brown sugar,packed
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
How To Make cranberry roly-poly

Step 1Combine Bisquick and sugar. Add milk and stir until the mixture forms a soft dough. Place on surface lightly sprinkled with Bisquick mix. Knead about 10 times. Roll dough to about 1/4 of an inch thickness. Brush with melted butter and cover with the cranberries. Roll up like a jelly roll and place seam side down on a sprayed 9x13-inch pan; brush with a sugar sauce and bake at 425^ for 25-30 minutes. Serve warm with whip cream or ice cream. --- Sugar Sauce: Place ingredients in a microwave bowl and cook 30 seconds or until sugar melts. Stir and spread on roly-poly before baking.
