TOPPING

3/4 cpowdered sugar

How to Make Cranberry Coffee Bundt Cake
- Preheat oven to 350^.Grease and flour or use vegetable spray an 8 inch tube or bundt pan.

Batter:
Cream together butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Set aside. - Mix together flour,baking powder and,baking soda ..Add flour mixture to creamed mixture, alternating with sour cream; then add the almond extract.
- Spoon mixture into prepared pan. Starting with batter, and alternate layers of batter and cranberry sauce, ending with batter. Top with nuts, lightly pressing into batter.
- Bake for 50 to 55 minutes..Test with toothpick for doneness. Cool completely and drizzle with topping.
