Ingredients For cranberry coffee bundt cake

    butter, room temperature
  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 2 lg
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 c
    dairy sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c
    whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 tsp
    almond extract
  • 1/2 c
    finely chopped nuts
  • 3/4 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    almond extract
  • 1 Tbsp
    warm water

How To Make cranberry coffee bundt cake

    Preheat oven to 350^.Grease and flour or use vegetable spray an 8 inch tube or bundt pan. --- Batter: Cream together butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Set aside.

    Mix together flour,baking powder and,baking soda ..Add flour mixture to creamed mixture, alternating with sour cream; then add the almond extract.

    Spoon mixture into prepared pan. Starting with batter, and alternate layers of batter and cranberry sauce, ending with batter. Top with nuts, lightly pressing into batter.

    Bake for 50 to 55 minutes..Test with toothpick for doneness. Cool completely and drizzle with topping. --- Combine topping ingredients and drizzle over completely cooled cake.
