- BATTER
- 1 stick butter, room temperature
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup dairy sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups whole cranberry sauce
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
- TOPPING
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 tablespoon warm water
How To Make cranberry coffee bundt cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350^.Grease and flour or use vegetable spray an 8 inch tube or bundt pan. --- Batter: Cream together butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Set aside.

Step 2Mix together flour,baking powder and,baking soda ..Add flour mixture to creamed mixture, alternating with sour cream; then add the almond extract.

Step 3Spoon mixture into prepared pan. Starting with batter, and alternate layers of batter and cranberry sauce, ending with batter. Top with nuts, lightly pressing into batter.

Step 4Bake for 50 to 55 minutes..Test with toothpick for doneness. Cool completely and drizzle with topping. --- Combine topping ingredients and drizzle over completely cooled cake.
