- CAKE
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup chunky cookie butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- FROSTING
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/3 cup marshmallow cream
- 1/3 cup chunky cookie butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make cookie butter sheet cake

Step 1To make the cake, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 10x15" jelly roll pan.

Step 2Stir together the flour, sugar, and baking soda in a large bowl.

Step 3In a saucepan, combine the water, butter, and cookie butter. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.

Step 4Stir cookie butter mixture into the flour/sugar until well combined.

Step 5In a bowl, stir together the eggs, buttermilk and vanilla. Stir into cookie butter mixture until well combined.

Step 6Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake 25 minutes.

Step 7To make the frosting, stir together the sugar, evaporated milk, and butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook for 2 minutes.

Step 8Stir in marshmallow cream, cookie butter, and vanilla until smooth.

Step 9Spread frosting over warm cake. Let cool about 1 hour before cutting.
