Ingredients
- 2 cups flour or gluten flour
- 3 tablespoons baking powder
- 1/3 cup margarine or light margarine
- 1 - egg,beaten
- 1/4 cup non-fat milk or milk
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sugar or spenda sugar (24 packets)

Step 1Sift together the flour and baking powder. Fold in the margarine and set aside. In a separate bowl, place the egg,milk,cold coffee,almond extract,vanilla extract and sugar or Splenda sugar and mix well. Add in the flour mixture and beat until the batter is smooth.

Step 2Pour the batter into a greased 13x9 inch pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 325F. Tips:
