coffee cake 1930 (number 2)
This is the third recipe from Mrs Marcus that Mom has in her notebook. This, too, is a coffee cake but the instructions say to put it in a "cake pan" rather than a loaf pan. It has more eggs, and less milk, used vanilla and no walnuts with some other slight differences, too. Mom and Mrs. Marcus must have really liked both of the coffee cake recipes!! I like the fillings in both!! Enjoy the variety!!
