easy coffee cake
Quick and delicious coffee cake! I was tired of the same old coffee cake, so I decided to make one of my own. Brought it to the office and everyone loved it!

Ingredients
- CAKE
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup vegtable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon butter flavoring (optional)
- 3/4 cup milk
- 5 - eggs
- FILLING
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- CARAMEL FROSTING
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (half a stick)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-1/4 cup powdered sugar
How To Make easy coffee cake

Step 1Combine cake ingredients; beat on high speed for 5min. Combine filling mixture in separate bowl while cake is mixing.

Step 2Using a greased and floured 9x13 pan, pour half the batter in the pan. Sprinkle half of the filling mixture over the batter then add the remaining batter. Sprinkle the rest of the filling mixture in top. Bake at 375 for 35min.

Step 3Icing- Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Blend in the brown sugar and salt. Cook on low for 2min, stirring constantly. Add milk. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Let it cool slightly, then add the powdered sugar. Drizzle icing over the cake right after removing from the oven
