1 can(s)eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
1 largeegg yolk slightly beaten
2 cshredded coconut
1-1/2 ccoarsely chopped pecans
How to Make EASY COCONUT PECAN FROSTING (SALLYE)
- Melt butter over medium high heat in a heavy saucepan.
When butter is melted, add condensed milk and egg yolk.
Stir constantly until mixture is boiling.
- Once mixture is boiling, remove from heat.
Add pecans and coconut and stir until well blended.
Allow to cool completely before using to allow icing to firm up.
- Very quick and easy.
