EASY COCONUT PECAN FROSTING (SALLYE)

- 1 c
- butter (2 sticks)
- 1 can(s)
- eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
- 1 large
- egg yolk slightly beaten
- 2 c
- shredded coconut
- 1-1/2 c
- coarsely chopped pecans
When butter is melted, add condensed milk and egg yolk.
Stir constantly until mixture is boiling.
Add pecans and coconut and stir until well blended.
Allow to cool completely before using to allow icing to firm up.
