How to Make EASY COCONUT PECAN FROSTING (SALLYE)
- 1Melt butter over medium high heat in a heavy saucepan.
When butter is melted, add condensed milk and egg yolk.
Stir constantly until mixture is boiling.
- 2Once mixture is boiling, remove from heat.
Add pecans and coconut and stir until well blended.
Allow to cool completely before using to allow icing to firm up.
