How to Make Coconut Cake with a Kick
- 1Mix the cake mix, substituting milk when it calls for water. Follow baking directions for a 13x9 inch pan. Bake until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
- 2While still hot,poke holes in cake with fork and pour cream of coconut over cake. Spread evenly. Then spread eagle bran milk over that. Sprinkle a small amount of coconut over this.
- 3Cover and refrigerate at least one hour, I usually refrigerate over night.
- 4Using cool whip, cover completely. Cover this using the rest of the coconut.
