Coconut Cake with a Kick

1 boxduncan hines yellow cake mix

1 can(s)coco lopez cream of coconut

1 can(s)eagle bran milk
-
1lg. cool whip whipped topping
-
1reg. cool whip whipped topping
-
1 1/2 pkgfresh or frozen grated coconut

How to Make Coconut Cake with a Kick
- Mix the cake mix, substituting milk when it calls for water. Follow baking directions for a 13x9 inch pan. Bake until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
- While still hot,poke holes in cake with fork and pour cream of coconut over cake. Spread evenly. Then spread eagle bran milk over that. Sprinkle a small amount of coconut over this.
- Cover and refrigerate at least one hour, I usually refrigerate over night.
- Using cool whip, cover completely. Cover this using the rest of the coconut.
