If you have extra cocoa for the hoildays and what to use it before it get old. Better way to use up cococa and still crave your sweet tooth.. Very quick and easy, just remember no longer then 3 minutes it will burn...

Ingredients
- 2 packages hot cococa mix
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 teaspoons oil
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 small egg
- - splash of vanilla (optional)
How To Make cocoa mug cake

Step 1Oil the mug or spray with cooking spray. Then add three tablespoons of oil. You are just minutes away from chocolate cake!

Step 2Add two packets of cocoa Mix and flour. Mix well with fork. Then add remaining ingredients and stir well with a fork. You are now ready to bake your five minute chocolate cake in a mug, but remember it only bakes three minutes in the microwave

Step 3Place in microwave for no more than three minutes. It will puff up so pretty, but don't be concerned. Watch it, but don't stop it when it starts to puff. This was fun .... kind of like jiffy pop corn in the sixties when we didn't have microwave popcorn. The top would puff up when you heated it! Voila! chocolate cake!Remove and let it stand a few minutes. Then run a knife around it to loosen it. Dump it on a plate. I think it is great hot, and my husband prefers it cold.

Step 4Options for serving: You can split it in half and top with ice cream and whipped cream or chocolate sauce for dessert for two. Or put ice cream between the layers and then fudge and whipped cream for a great hot fudge cake for ONE.(ME).lol
