this is a rich moist chocolate cake made with coke. this is my moms recipe so its def a winner since everything she ever makes is sooooooo good!

Ingredients
- CAKE
- 2 sticks margarine
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup cola
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
- ICING
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 5 tablespoons cola
- 2/3 - box of 10x sugar
How To Make coca cola cake

Step 1Heat margarine, coca and coke until ready to boil; remove from heat. Add flour, sugar and baking soda, mix well. Mix in a seperate bowl the eggs, vanilla, buttermilk and marshmellows until smooth then add to other mix and mix well. Pour into a greased 13x9 cake pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Step 2For the icing heat margarine, cocoa, and coke until melted. Remove from heat and add sugar. Ice cake as soon as cake comes out of the oven.
