this is a rich moist chocolate cake made with coke. this is my moms recipe so its def a winner since everything she ever makes is sooooooo good!

Ingredients For coca cola cake

  • CAKE
  • 2 stick
    margarine
  • 3 Tbsp
    cocoa powder
  • 1 c
    cola
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c
    buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 c
    miniature marshmallows
  • ICING
  • 1/3 c
    margarine
  • 3 Tbsp
    cocoa powder
  • 5 Tbsp
    cola
  • 2/3
    box of 10x sugar

How To Make coca cola cake

    Heat margarine, coca and coke until ready to boil; remove from heat. Add flour, sugar and baking soda, mix well. Mix in a seperate bowl the eggs, vanilla, buttermilk and marshmellows until smooth then add to other mix and mix well. Pour into a greased 13x9 cake pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

    For the icing heat margarine, cocoa, and coke until melted. Remove from heat and add sugar. Ice cake as soon as cake comes out of the oven.
