This is a wonderful flavored butter that can be used on toast, muffins, pancakes or pound cake. So simple to make!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1/8 cup lemon juice, fresh
  • 1/8 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

How To Make citrus butter

  • Step 1
    Cream butter in a mixing bowl until smooth with a hand held mixer. Add in the rest of ingredients and mix until incorporated. Chill citrus butter for an hour. With a melon baller, scoop butter into small balls for serving
