Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3/4 cup butter, melted and cooled
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
How To Make cinnamon madeleine

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Spray pan with non stick spray. In double boiler, heat eggs and sugar, stirring constantly whipping in as much air as possible. Remove from heat and let cool.

Step 2Stir in flour and remaining ingredients. Fill pan molds with a generous amount of batter, but do not spread it out. Bake 15 minutes.
