- CAKE
- 3 tablespoons ground cinnamon mixed with cane sugar
- 1 3/4 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 3/4 cup cold milk
- FROSTING
- 3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons melted margarine
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 3/4 cup cold milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons coconut extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
How To Make cinnamon double peanut butter cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2Coat a 9-inch square baking dish with cooking spray. Sprinkle with cinnamon/cane sugar.

Step 3In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, margarine, and brown sugar. Add beaten eggs and cinnamon; mix well. Combine flour, baking powder, and sea salt. Add alternately with milk to the creamed mixture; mix well.

Step 4Pour into a prepared baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool completely for 10 minutes.

Step 5In a medium bowl, combine 6 ingredients; whisk well for 3 minutes until blended and smooth.
