i'm a peanut butter addict,i create this delicious cake recipe,with a pinch of cinnamon.

    cinnamon-sugar
  • 1 3/4 c
    creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 c
    margarine,softened
  • 3/4 c
    splenda sweetener
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    sodium-free salt
  • 3/4 c
    cold milk
  • FROSTING

  • 1/2 c
    crunchy peanut butter
  • 3 Tbsp
    margarine,softened
  • 3 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 c
    cold milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    coconut extract
  • ·
    ground cinnamon,optional

How to Make Cinnamon Double Peanut Butter Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar on a greased 9-inch square baking pan.
  3. In a large bowl,combine peanut butter,margarine and splenda sweetener.Add eggs and cinnamon;mix well.Combine flour,baking powder and sodium-free salt;
    add alternately with milk to creamed mixture.Mix well.
  4. Pour into the pan.Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes
    or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out
    clean.Cool on wire rack.
  5. For the frosting,combine peanut butter and margarine.Add sugar,milk and coconut extract;mix until smooth.Frost onto the cake and sprinkle cinnamon on the
    cake.
