  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1/8 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/16 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    oil, vegetable or canola
  • 1 Tbsp
    chocolate chips, semi-sweet or milk

How to Make Cinnamon Chocolate Bun for One


  1. In microwave safe mug mix together, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.
  2. Add the oil and milk. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Spoon chocolate chips into center of the batter.
  4. Microwave 60 - 90 seconds, until cake has risen and is firm to the touch.
  5. Let cool a minute or two.
  6. Enjoy!
