Ingredients
- CAKE
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple w/ juice
- 2 - eggs
- ICING
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 stick butter (softened)
- 1 package 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
How To Make chop suey cake

Step 1Cake Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare 13X9 in. cake pan. Mix all ingredients well. Bake 35-40 min. Let cool. Store in fridge.

Step 2Icing Mix all ingredients until smooth and spread on cooled cake.
