I grew up with my mom making this cake. It is so simple and tastes amazing.

Ingredients

  • CAKE
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple w/ juice
  • 2 - eggs
  • ICING
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 stick butter (softened)
  • 1 package 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

How To Make chop suey cake

  • Step 1
    Cake Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare 13X9 in. cake pan. Mix all ingredients well. Bake 35-40 min. Let cool. Store in fridge.
  • Step 2
    Icing Mix all ingredients until smooth and spread on cooled cake.
  • Step 3
    ENJOY!!!
