- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup cookong oil
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Step 1Combine all ingredients and mix well. Bake in a 9x13-inch cake pan. Top with chocolate chips and pecans. Bake at 375 degrees oven for 35-40 minutes. Makes about 6-8 servings.
