Moist, Melt in your mouth chocolate. I like to sift confectioners sugar over this cake.

Ingredients

1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3 - eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups shredded or chopped zucchini
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup vegetable oil

How To Make chocolate zucchini cake

Step 1

In a large bowl beat sugar,oil and eggs.Add vanilla and zucchini.

Step 2

Mix the dry ingredients together. Add dry igredients to the zucchini mixture alternately with milk. Blend well.
Step 3

pour into a 10x14 or larger pan. I spray the pan with cooking spray.
Step 4

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
