chocolate zucchini cake
I add a bit more zucchini and the first time I tried this I was amazed that you couldn't tell unless you look hard that there is zucchini in it. Makes the cake a bit more healthy than others.My 5 yr old granddaughter asks for this cake and then tries to eat it all!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour milk
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 2 cups shredded zucchini
- 1 cup chocolate chips
How To Make chocolate zucchini cake

Step 1Prepare 9x13 baking dish and heat oven to 325 degrees. Cream together: margarine, vegetable oil and sugar.

Step 2Add: eggs, vanilla and sour milk. (if needed you can add a teaspoon of vinegar to fresh milk to sour it) Mix well.

Step 3Mix in: flour, cocoa, baking powder and soda, cinnamon and cloves. Stir in shredded zucchini.

Step 4Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle top with chocolate chips. Bake at 325 for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Step 5No frosting is necessary and when I bake this the pan barely cools before someone is into it! Keep leftovers refrigerated.
