Ingredients
- IN THE JAR;
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- COMBINE ALL AND STORE IN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER
- RECIPE TO ATTACH TO JAR;
- 3/4 cup butter
- 5 - egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make chocolate truffle pound cake in a jar

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees and butter a 8 or 9" bundt pan.

Step 2In large bowl of electric mixer, cream the butter until it is smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Add the milk and vanilla, beating mixture until it is thoroughly blended. Add the chocolate truffle jar mix and continue to beat for 3 minutes until smooth.

Step 3Pour into prepared bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into middle comes out clean. Cool 25 minutes in the pan, then remove from pan and cool on a wire rack.
