Chocolate Tofu Cookies

Julie Haynes

I know,Tofu,Yuck. Well, let me tell you this makes the best cookies ever. They come out super moist and soft. If you didn't know there was tofu in them, you just wouldn't know. I made these as an experiment yesterday, and my family loved them. This is how I'm making cookies from now on.

4**** You can also use this method with your favorite cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. ( it can take as long as 30 minutes, but check every 5 minutes after the 20 minutes) If you make cupcakes , mini's take 20 minutes and regular cupcakes take approximately 25 minutes .
