Ingredients
- CAKE
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon expresso powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- FILLING
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make chocolate swiss roll

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.

Step 2Beat the wet ingredients for the cake together then add the dry ingredients. Beat until well incorporated. Pour onto jelly roll pan and bake for about 10 minutes.

Step 3sprinkle on a little powdered sugar and place a clean towel on top of the cake. Roll the cake from the long end and leave until cake is cooled.

Step 4Mix the ingredients together for the filling. Gently unroll the cooled cake and fill with filling. Roll back up and slice into rounds.
