Ingredients
- - 1/2 cup brown rice flour (i used 1/4 cup white and 1/4 cup brown)
- - 1/4 cup sorghum flour
- - 1/3 cup canola oil
- - 1/3 cup cocoa
- - 1/2 teaspoon salt
- - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- - 1 teaspoon baking powder
- - 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
- - 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- - 1/2 cup honey
- - 3 eggs (we cant have eggs so i use 2t. apple sauce plus 2t. flaxseed mixed with 6 t. water)
- - 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make chocolate pound cake

Step 1Preheat the oven to 350 Lightly grease a medium-size loaf pan. In a medium-size bowl, combine flours and oil. Stir briefly. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Batter will thicken with mixing. Spread in the prepared pan. Bake for approximately 30-45minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the middle tests clean.
