How to Make chocolate frosting
- 1Blend the cocoa and sugar together to avoid lumps.
Place in medium sauce pan along with the 1/4 cup shortening and 1/3 cup milk.
- 2On medium heat slowly bring to boil stir to mix ingredients then turn up the
heat a little. When it reaches a rolling boil- time for one minute. Remove from heat.
- 3Allow to cool and add 1-tsp vanilla extract
Do NOT STIR UNTIL COOL OR IT WILL CRYSTALLIZE.
