Ingredients

1/2 cbutter ( 1 stick ) softened

1 3/4 csugar

1/2 cvegetable oil

2eggs
-
1 tspvanilla extract

2 1/2 call purpose flour

2 Tbspcocoa powder

1 tspbaking soda
-
1 tspbaking powder
-
1/2 tspcinnamon
-
1/4 tspground cloves
-
1/2 cbuttermilk
-
2 cpeeled and shredded zucchini
-
2 csemi-sweet chocolate chips
How to Make CHOCOLATE CHIP ZUCCHINI CAKE
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl cream together the butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Combine the dry ingredients in a separate bowl and add to the creamed mixture alternately with the buttermilk. Stir in the zucchini.
- Pour into a greased 9 by 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack
