Ingredients
- 1 box betty crocker chocolate chip muffin & quick bread mix
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
How To Make chocolate chip quick bread

Step 1Heat oven to 375*. Grease or spray bottom of a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

Step 2Stir water, oil, and eggs in medium bowl until blended. Gently stir in muffin mix until blended. It's okay if it's a little lumpy.

Step 3Pour into pan. Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick comes clean from center. Cool 10 minutes. Run knife around edges to loosen; carefully remove from pan. Let cool completly before slicing.
