    betty crocker chocolate chip muffin & quick bread mix
  • 3/4 c
  • 1/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 2 large

How to Make Chocolate Chip Quick Bread


  1. Heat oven to 375*. Grease or spray bottom of a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  2. Stir water, oil, and eggs in medium bowl until blended. Gently stir in muffin mix until blended. It's okay if it's a little lumpy.
  3. Pour into pan. Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick comes clean from center. Cool 10 minutes. Run knife around edges to loosen; carefully remove from pan. Let cool completly before slicing.
