You will wish your Birthday was everyday!! I frost this with the cool-whip chocolate frosting in the freezer section!!

Ingredients

4 cups cake flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup cocoa powder
4 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups real mayonnaise
1 3/4 cups water ( i use cold coffee)
3 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

How To Make chocolate birthday cake

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350* Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray a 9x13" pan.

Step 2

Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, Add mayonnaise, water, eggs and vanilla until mixed thoroughly.
Step 3

Pour in pan bake 35-40 min. or until pick comes out clean. Let cool at least 40 minutes, then frost with desired frosting.
