I got this recipe on the Chobani yogurt website and added honey to the recipe. I baked it in a bundt pan and it came out pretty small, but the flavor was great so I cut it into bite sized pieces and made a trifle with whipped cream and berries!

Ingredients

1/2 c
butter, softened
1 c
brown sugar
1 tsp
vanilla
2 c
all purpose flour
1 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
baking powder
1 c
plain chobani greek yogurt
2 Tbsp
honey (optional)
1
egg

How to Make Chobani Yogurt Cake!

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees then grease and flour a bundt pan.
  • 2Cream the butter, sugar and vanilla together until smooth, then beat in the egg until well combined.
  • 3Mix flour, baking soda and baking powder then add to butter mixture, alternating with Chobani. *If using honey, mix in with Chobani.
  • 4Pour into pan and bake for about 45 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
  • 5To serve, slice cake and top with homemade whipped cream and berries, or cut into cubes and layer in a trifle bowl. Enjoy!
