I got this recipe on the Chobani yogurt website and added honey to the recipe. I baked it in a bundt pan and it came out pretty small, but the flavor was great so I cut it into bite sized pieces and made a trifle with whipped cream and berries!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    butter, softened
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 c
    plain chobani greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey (optional)
  • 1
    egg

How to Make Chobani Yogurt Cake!

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees then grease and flour a bundt pan.
  2. Cream the butter, sugar and vanilla together until smooth, then beat in the egg until well combined.
  3. Mix flour, baking soda and baking powder then add to butter mixture, alternating with Chobani. *If using honey, mix in with Chobani.
  4. Pour into pan and bake for about 45 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
  5. To serve, slice cake and top with homemade whipped cream and berries, or cut into cubes and layer in a trifle bowl. Enjoy!
