chobani yogurt cake!

I got this recipe on the Chobani yogurt website and added honey to the recipe. I baked it in a bundt pan and it came out pretty small, but the flavor was great so I cut it into bite sized pieces and made a trifle with whipped cream and berries!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup plain chobani greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
- 1 - egg
How To Make chobani yogurt cake!

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees then grease and flour a bundt pan.

Step 2Cream the butter, sugar and vanilla together until smooth, then beat in the egg until well combined.

Step 3Mix flour, baking soda and baking powder then add to butter mixture, alternating with Chobani. *If using honey, mix in with Chobani.

Step 4Pour into pan and bake for about 45 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.

Step 5To serve, slice cake and top with homemade whipped cream and berries, or cut into cubes and layer in a trifle bowl. Enjoy!
