chobani yogurt cake!

I got this recipe on the Chobani yogurt website and added honey to the recipe. I baked it in a bundt pan and it came out pretty small, but the flavor was great so I cut it into bite sized pieces and made a trifle with whipped cream and berries!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup plain chobani greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
  • 1 - egg

How To Make chobani yogurt cake!

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees then grease and flour a bundt pan.
  • Step 2
    Cream the butter, sugar and vanilla together until smooth, then beat in the egg until well combined.
  • Step 3
    Mix flour, baking soda and baking powder then add to butter mixture, alternating with Chobani. *If using honey, mix in with Chobani.
  • Step 4
    Pour into pan and bake for about 45 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
  • Step 5
    To serve, slice cake and top with homemade whipped cream and berries, or cut into cubes and layer in a trifle bowl. Enjoy!
